This. It's the users who did illegitimate things, not the website itself. The government just seems to think if they get rid of the "source of the problem" it'll magically stop.
So...how's that thinking working out for you so far, government?

Because if Google was taken down, pretty sure youtube would be too, and then it would be this x1,000.
