Never did once said my statement was a fact, if you're going to be such an ass about it I'll go an add "IN MY OPINION" all bolded and maximum size to my original post for your convenience.
IN MY OPINION Anyone who supports bloody murder of a human being can be also called Pro-death. Happy now?

Well, with that being said

If "Life" is importent.. why are animals been grown only to be murdered and ate by people?
The second the sperm and the egg colide, can you take it out of the female host and throw it in society for it to survive on it's own?
Personaly, I'm Pro-Soul. If it doesn't have a soul, it doesn't have rights. So that include unborn humans and human baby till the age of 1.
Perspective is key here. On one side, freedoms are being infringed. On the other, we're looking at infanticide. If we presume that infanticide is indeed happening, any reasonable person will sacrifice the freedoms in question, or at least, that is the precedent we've set as a race.
So yeah, the actions can come off as stupid, but it's really a rather desperate situation from that point of view. Also, it has nothing to do with religion or opinion. There's also precious little room for compromise, considering what's at stake.
In this case, the bill is definitely in need of repair. There are many things in there that weren't intended.
if i was american i would be questioning where my tax money is being used on.......
"Those who would trade in their freedom for their protection deserve neither." -Benjamin Franklin
I'm not sure what you mean to say with the first sentence. It doesn't seem to have much to do with the topic, but I'll humor you and say that I limit my consumption of meats to the point that I'm almost a vegetarian. I'm also not sure what you mean to say with the second sentence.
As soon as the child is born, can you take it away from the mother and let it fend for itself? Once it fends for itself in one environment, can you put it in another? If it masters all of those, can you put it in the ocean, or in outer space?
I don't know how to quantify a soul, so I can't speak about what has a soul and what doesn't have a soul, but I can definitely say that I disagree to what you said that a human child has no rights until it makes it to age 1. Whether or not life begins at conception, I'm confident it isn't a debate about the state of humanhood once the child is actually born.
Out of curiosity, what is it about a soul that it takes a year for one to form?

Classy, but it's not a matter of trading freedom for protection. Even if it was, a quote is a terrible way to make a point.
As for your egg thing, they're generally unfertilized and thus no one cares. If the average Joe cracked open a fertilized egg, he'd be in for a shock.
