  You need mana shield and phase shift as a sac build.
  You tend to end up getting "in there" often, for Mark The Target.
  
  Not sure what Freet level 1 Sandor level 1 and Akusho level 3 is supposed to accomplish. They'll end up wasting mana if anything.
  
  And uhh, thats not a sac build at all. That looks like an elemental build.
