  Only good looking Rare Avatars in my opinion are the Priest's and the Mage's. The Priest's is just one of the most badass looking things out there, and the Mage's reminds me of the female Cleric from Dragon Quest III with a pallet swap. But I would still like the tokens to be cheaper, $20 for 10 tokens is really pricey. Though with the sale, I can try for a decent look with five of the tokens, and using the extra NX, buy a Bind Cube to make an Adv Avatar or try for a Rare with the five extra Avatars. Still a bit on the "if it weren't for the fact that avatars are almost needed in this game, I wouldn't buy any" side.

  Avatars are only useful if you pvp to be honest.
  You might get attack speed avatar to play better with slow weapons in PVE but that's about it.
  People like to pvp in DFO, so there's a demand there.

  But DFO is a PvP game if you look at it more than a casual game. After you either burn up all your Fatigue Points or cap your level, the only things left are make a new character, or PvP. If it weren't for the Tower of Illusion, then you have to PvP so you can get your Awakening. And even then, considering that you'll have to grind to get to the level cap, then every bit of experience helps, and Avatars give you a bonus to experience (albeit a small bonus).
  
  Plus besides, most people like character customization and would rather not be among the bajillion of clones running around.

  spend 70 FP = 2.4k nx, also if u spend all ur fp for this many days, u get free advanced avatars.

  the only way you can pvp with zanbatos is to have
  Full legacy + xanac shoulder + adv avatar set.
  
  and iron strike is for pve.
  charge crash and raging dragon slash dont really scale well.
  charge crash doesnt need a cancel.
