You're supposed to use chasers to fill in the gaps in your attacks!
So pretty much... every chance you get to, especially after longer and "heavier" attacks like full swing and stabbing wheel.

But I dunno, I don't play battle mages.

The cat got +4 to +10 with no fails
in case if you don't know, if you fail from +9 to +10
the upgrade resets to zero
It's also a 50% chance upgrade

The cat's not upgrading any further though
+10 to +11 is 40% chance and if you fail, the weapon disappears.

the cat doesnt need another weapon until lvl 55

I'm posting this for Amaethon. He needs a little tutoring for PVP.

I noticed your cast speed was lacking. Its not expensive to find decent cast gear. I've managed to add about 15% additional cast speed to my nen with less than 800k. Of course, I've also added 20% more with avatars, but those cost like 2 mil. For slayers you could probably find them for 800k each if you really tried, so its pretty cheap compared to other classes.
