  No you're right, I've just gotten misinformed.
  
  But upon further reading it seems like double Relic Shield bot lane start isn't worth it anymore. Mostly due to the execute nerf, since you're not starting with a Doran's Blade anymore, CSing will be even harder now if you do start with Relic Shield on ADCs.
  
  Spellthief Edge is getting picked more, but it only works on certain support champs mostly the ones that rely heavily on AP like ex. Annie. Since she has such a long AA range. Tbh Annie is such a strong pick right now along with Taric, with the new changes to supports this season she can just rush Frostfang, then Sightstone and just build straight AP.
  
  Ancient Coin is still shit imo.

  Ancient Coin feels as if it's strengths lie in its stat boosts rather than straight-up gold gain. The extra CDR at Talisman of Ascension and wonderful HP/MP Regen with lucidity boots and masteries is enough to get you to 40% easily. Of course, that also means someone else in the game has to build Locket if you don't want to waste efficiency. It's active is now on a more forgiving cool-down as well.

  I should play riven more often, also d5 mundo vs silver 5 riven, glad to know mundo sucks against riven as a champion.

  Side note, i found out i'm a great shot caller, i started shotcalling all my games recently, and people listened, and it basically led us to solid landslide victories repeatedly even when the jungler dc'd for half the game, besides one time when the enemy cait was 19/0 LOL EVEN AFTER I MADE THE AHRI 0/4 IN LANE.
  
  in my normal games because of my mmr, i'm matched against high golds/plats every game, so playing with/against/calling for these people and having it go well makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

  It's pretty common too. Usually get this type of matchup every other game and there's usually a plat5+ epeening about beating level 20's in lane. I laned vs him to and didnt even lose to him, it was his premade that carried most of the game.

  And this is why you ban taric, toplane battle taric, 500 armor, 100 armor aura, never ending stuns and heals.

  My aura made teamfights so one sided it's not even funny, i died 3 times in lane, everyone else basically went even, teamfights came around and taric aura was like a giant dick up the ass for the enemy team.
