  Funny, because he's actually looking like a decent champion now instead of either something that loses every matchup and is only somewhat useful lategame, or a very clunky ap burster who falls off horridly by midgame.
  
  He's been announced all of half a day, you really should look into it deeper before you claim such silly things.
  
  Even though riot dropped the ball on cass, sion and viktors reworks are shaping up to look pretty darn nice.
  
  Sions new passive is extremely good, it fits much better thematically and is extremely good lategame when 1 person "living" makes all the difference, like a baron fight at 30 minutes, his kit is better designed than what it once was, his Q has windup, but if you get it off the reward for it is amazing, it only takes half a charge for the cc to activate anyways.
  
  His ult is much better than what it was before, 900 base damage if you can get a good charge off, and it covers half the map with his speedboost.

  Playing with her you need to make use of her aoe slowfield, it roots as well so if she lands it perfectly it can win a teamfight really hard from that alone, her heals are rapidfire but limited to 10 without outside healing on herself, so do your best not to get poked down, because its infinitely more useful having soraka rapid healing you in the middle of a teamfight than wasting all her hp healing up poke.
  
  On the flip side, playing against her, her heals are limited to 10 just like above, so poking the enemy team down before a huge fight will save you a lot of butthurt when she cockblocks your all ins. Like before, stay spread or her silence will murder your team, she can make anyone completely fucking helpless if they try anything with that aoe field up.
  
  Her heals are rather on the weak side right now imo, but her silence field is game changing, you just need to play around it or play with it properly.

  Against, her fucking stuns are easy to dodge but they're annoying as fuck and she actually kinda hurts now

  Her aoe silence into snare is quite amazing, she actually feels like a champion with impact now instead of a healbot lol, you either poke her and her team down because of her limited hp pool can only heal so much, or you wait till that aoe silence is gone before jumping her, she takes quite a bit more work to play around her now, but the counterplay is there.
