For being broken, she sure isn't played much. 1.39% pick rate and 44.56% winrate. 0.16% ban rate to boot. There are definitely some parts of her kit that should be changed to make her less awful to play against when she's strong, but Riot isn't hitting those. It feels a lot like they've shelved her again, but in an even more mean-spirited fashion.
On a side note, I logged in for the first time in a month and got Battle Bunny Riven, which I suppose is my fault for buying Riven, though I never play her.

That's what happens to most champs when they arent picked in competitive though. The new jungle didnt exactly help either. Old Leblanc had like a 40% winrate but that doesnt mean she wasnt extremely overpowered. Riot has said many times win/pick rates dont mean everything. Xerath went from like 0% pickrate to one of the strongest midlaners overnight.

They don't mean everything, but they do have meaning. When viewed in light of the other factors surrounding the champion, they can help pinpoint what's going on.
LeBlanc was strong but very one-dimensional; she could rack up a high kill count but couldn't carry very well.
Xerath was abandoned after some changes because he played differently, but once players figured out his strengths he became very difficult to handle.
Eve, on the other hand, was doing very well for a while, was nerfed (ult change to current hp), was doing moderately well for a while, was nerfed (Ravage changed to physical damage), then struggled along being useful only for the unpleasant parts of her kit until the jungle changes where she simply couldn't keep up due to her low base stats and sub-par clearing tools. Even in an ideal situation for her, she doesn't have much actual power in a fight. Her ganking is still ok , but even if it goes well she has no real way to transition into a useful role later on.

Eve is up there with champions like olaf, their kit makes them overbearing when strong but ignorable if you even tweak the numbers slightly
If they buffed eve back to even just 'good' she'd begin demolishing games again, riot has proved time and time again they cannot balance stealth, so unless they kneecap her stealth for the new buffs into her damage/tankyness she'll forever repeat her cycle of completely shit-> completely unbearable

Riot just gave a very subtle nod to the rule 34 sub reddit that houses a gratuitous amount of league of legends porn on facebook.

So I was Gold III before provisionals, then I played my 10 games in a row; I ended up winning 4 in a row, then lost 3 in a row, and finally won another 3 in a row. I won 7 out of 10, and got a brand new badge, can you guess what it is? IT WAS GOLD III AGAIN! Q_Q

I went 6/4 last season, ended up in Silver IV, went 4/6 this season and ended up in....Bronze IV, yip.
Ohwell, maybe it will be fun down here in hell, we'll see.

What the duck? That's wrong in so many levels, I mean, unless you actually got worse over the course of the year...

That's not strange what so ever, diamonds get shoved to plat, plats to gold, gold to silver, silver to bronze and in worst case situations some diamonds drop to silver their 'soft' resets are not so soft, they brutally pull your mmr closer to 1200 and if you're barely squeaking along in elo at silver 4, dropping to silver 5 every other game or just rarely popping out of silver 5 at all it's not so strange to be thrown down to bronze for a 4/6 w/l ratio.
*edit* The upside is they boost your points per win by retarded amounts for a while, so if you really do belong higher, or where you started from you'll get back there in a dozen or so games.

Pretty much this. I went 3-7 in provisionals (lawl), and ended up in Gold 1. After 20 more games, I'm Plat 2.
Even when you do get placed lower than you really belong, chance is your mmr might be higher in that league and get more lp. A friend of mine who was in Plat 5 trolled his provisionals, went 0-10, and ended up bronze 1. He gets into promos after two games, and receives 50 lp at Silver 5.

I was Plat5 last season, went 5wins and 5losses and now I'm Gold2. Funny, because last season I was Gold2 the season before, went like 7wins 3losses and was still in Gold2.

It seems to be a common problem among ex-silvers right now, all the Bronzes I'm playing with have a Silver loading screen border. It's also true that I'm getting 27~33 points per win now, and only drop by 12 for a loss. I got to my next promos in 4 wins and 1 loss. (2W 1L 2W in that order)
On the upside, I can actually carry games here, unless I just have a knack for Morgana Mid, who I started playing by accident and it's somehow looking pretty promising.

I'm fine with admitting that another cause of having dropped a full division is that I just downright suck at this game, but eh.

This isn't me, by the way. I don't play Nasus that often. This is just a friend of mine in my ranked 5s team.
Now I see why he picks Nasus every time I duo with him.
This is also the same guy that trolled his provisionals and ended up Bronze 1. Now he's Plat 2.
