  Real speculations on this... That it's a fake Spotlight and they're actually going to do one right after he's released. Riot just piled up tons of hate from the player base from doing this. The vid's been downvoted about 400 times already in the forums. o_O

  Singed is borderline OP in Twisted Treeline, ESPECIALLY against three melee champions, which is quite often.

  Turret base armor and magic resist increased by 10

  Riot needs to calm down with the game time changing though. So many changes to turrets/death systems the past few patches @.@

  He's actually a cool champ in my eyes. His ult is annoying as hell on TT though.

  Yea. That's the only reason why I hate him. Whenever I see my screen changing colors, I always run back to my turret. ><;
