  Charge up your Ultimate right when he casts Paranoia so when he comes over to you he won't have any hard CC to disable it other than his Fear which he needs to stay on you for about 2 seconds and by that time, you'll be done charging up your Ultimate so you can OHKO him. :thumb:

  both of them are really good. I would go Nidalee though, so Im not always tagging behind someone.

  Sona is a decent support but is not worth buying over Zilean or Janna. Nidalee was one of the first buys but her skill cap is pretty high. You have to melee as a squishy and you have absolutely no CC, meaning you're not good in team fights. She has a very strong mid game once she hits level 6 but is only decent late game. You have to play her as a split push character, by pushing one side lane and then quickly running back to your team when their members are sent to stop you.

  I've been getting thrown off my track, and getting a losing streak. Aswell as recently this is honestly a bad week for PVP, with Nocturne and Rammus.
  Aswell as a new hate for Karthus. Which i see every blood damn game.

  If anything and you're a Melee Carry, grab a Hexdrinker. It blocks up to 300 magic damage if you're low on health, which is a lifesaver since Requirem is on like a 120 second cooldown. The Damage helps a bit as well. Overall, you should be grabbing a Banshee's Veil to negate Karthus's ultimate, or playing characters with spell shields is nice as well. Dodge his Lay Wastes, they're pink and very visible and explode after 0.5 seconds. His statue slows... Well, try not to run into them. He is still really squishy and has to actually come up to you to deal damage with his Defile, so targeting him in team-fights then moving the team-fight elsewhere is the way to do it.
  
  I suggest playing Bruisers this week, becuase of all the free champions who are attending the Gank-rape-fest for the week. At least then you'd have a better chance at surviving than a squishy who's death is instant if he/she's Robo-groped.

  I was in a 2v2 Custom, not a real match to give an example, but i was Poppy, and i was staacking magic resist, aspd and attack, and i was destroying this AP stacked karthus. :V
