Major staff changes

  If you haven't noticed yet, Kazuni, Majikaru, Phunkie and Skye are no longer moderators.
  As of today we will be getting much stricter with staff actively doing their job, regardless if the person needing to be punished is their life-long best friend or worst enemy. Staff rules and guidelines have been rewritten and will be enforced, and their actions monitored. We are starting fresh with a new staff team:
  
  Elena
  Endlessdreams
  Hanna's Lover
  Invertex
  Ithiliel
  Kaeporo
  Lan
  
  They will be lead by TA who is now part of the administration team with a primary focus on staff and community management.
  
  Mabination started out small and grew too quickly for small community oriented rules and staff to keep up with it, we're now at the point where we can't afford to pretend everything is going well and toss a few warnings at the troublemakers now and then.
  
  We either have to get much more serious in upholding the rules or become a genuine copy of the nexon forums. I think you'll soon find it obvious which of the two outcomes we've decided to accept.

  I hate sounding disrespectful, but TA is part of the reason the community took a turn for the worse in the first place. What you need are community leaders, not people who simply know how to push buttons to hand out infractions.
  
  It's kind of disappointing. I had some ideas on how to help turn things around here, but now it seems kind of pointless.

  So now 2 of my 3 friends (well, of people who added me) are suddenly staff members and my page is flooded with red. I'm happy that something big was done, and I'm just looking forward to seeing how it turns out.
