Major staff changes

  Because I'm pretty sure Yoorah and Bride posted about something and now I no longer see their posts.
  
  I came here to congratulate the new moderators and wish them the best, but I don't support blatant censoring of discussion.

  This was certainly a major change for our community. I'm certain that this transition will smooth out past the initial reveal.
  
  I also highly recommend reviewing the aforementioned changes to our guidelines. A couple of new rules have been created and you're expected to comply with them effective immediately.

  simply because we're not happy with the changes, it's pretty clear a lot of people aren't happy with them or don't expect much good
  but the ones who make it obvious have their posts deleted

  If you have any issues with any of the staff, please take it up with us via PM so we can sort (hopefully) any worries you may have out. I understand you're frustrated at some changes, and perhaps we can work those frustrations out.

  I posted something that many in the community agree with. It's not trolling, nor meant as a blatant insult. The simple fact of the matter is that TA is not a good fit for the staff--especially as an admin. Many people in this community would agree with this, but they are too scared to point it out. Now add the censoring of my and Bride's posts. Something's going very wrong here.

  I don't really understand this rule. Who's criteria is being used in "criticizing"? A comment for one may feel like an attack to another. Censoring isn't a way something is going to be heard. On the contrary, it feels like the concern is being muffled. :(

  It's pretty simple when you get down to it:
  1) treat each other with respect, or otherwise use your ignore list if you hate someone's guts
  2) don't act like a douchebag
  3) If you see something you don't like and/or breaks the rules, use the report button
  4) If you have a problem with a moderator you PM an admin, and if you have a problem with an admin you PM me, and if you have a problem with me you also PM me.

  If someone doesn't see any dissent within the community towards the staff member they're dissatisfied with, they might think it's just them and ignore it.
  Then again, too much dissent against a staff member would cause problems, although that traces back to the staff member and not the rule itself.

  It's because you guys are doing it publicly instead of taking it up with the Staff as directed in said Rule. I'm not sure what's too hard to understand about that.

  I already PM'd you a problem a month or two ago, only to be ignored
  and obviously my complaints weren't taken seriously if TA's now an admin
  
  and do you really think I take my infraction seriously after this
