  I'll probably get flamed for this but I agree with TA to some extend.
  
  Within my understanding of morality and the world's flow, I find that Souls are more importent than existance. A condition in which an human has a severe mental illness that heavily interfear with it's development is detrimenting for the soul's development. The after effect of having a seriously mentally ill life over the soul could damage/taint the soul's program which will have after effects on the few next lives it will have.
  
  You guys might choose to priorise existance and have empathy for existance but I priorise the soul and have empathy for souls.

  The problem here is that not every autistic person is alike. It isn't fair for you guys to say that they shouldn't exist because they "can't live normal lives", because they can. Autism is a broad spectrum, so unless you know every autistic person in the world, and know how they think, you can't make an assumption like that.
  
  Like I said before, autistic people can live 100% normal lives just like everyone else.

  I have a close friend who has Asperger's Syndrome and she can function perfectly fine.
  Quite intelligent, I might add - yet she just has problems communicating socially.
  
  I just can't believe someone who got a degree in teaching would do something like this.
  It's like punching a baby ... There are some real sadists in this world.

  I doubt they had any special training for special needs children. Some schools have random coaches teaching history and crap; just because they're doing it doesn't mean they're trained nor qualified for it.

  And I don't even mean it in a rude way, so definitely don't take it like that. Doesn't your lack of empathy/understanding people hinder your interactions with people? That's pretty much the only big problem people with autism have.
  
  Another funny thing is the fact that, like Episkey pointed out, a lot of people with autism are extraordinarily intelligent. I did a little digging online and a lot of people have said that people like Einstein and Newton may have been autistic... but, wait... they shouldn't have been born to begin with.

  Perhaps, but short of qualifications - it wasn't like there was only one autistic student in a "normal" class.
  This is a class full of autistic children, the teachers obviously knew that from day one.
  
  Due to the delicacy of special education, the school should have been more careful. Reading upon how the school handled it saddened me.
  You can say all you want about not having autistic children, but the fact is - as of right now, people can't make that decision.
  
  So, the parents can't be blamed - every child deserves an education ... right?

  I take it in a very rude way, just so you know. Saying not to doesn't change that whatsoever. I'm incredibly offended. That's like one of those statements like "You're an asshole, no offense."

  I don't have a problem understanding and interacting with others. I've actually always been ridiculously popular.
  
  Nobody knows the way I think though. That's a little gem I shared just with you guys (and I just love how you've all constantly judged me for it ever since). My true nature would be too damaging to my social image.
  
  As for my lack of sympathy, empathy, and morality... It is not an inherent disability. It's a choice. It isn't that I can't experience those emotions, it's that I feel like others are so far beneath me that they don't illicit such reactions. I simply don't care.
  
  It's like seeing a grasshopper getting stepped on, tortured, burned alive, or forced to kill one another. It's too bad for the grasshopper, it really is, but I just can't bring myself to really give a shit.
  
  And no, they have quite a few other major problems beyond that.
