Quote from Slayerj;1263177:
Tumble: Tumble no longer requires you to have knuckles on at rank 9+
I'd rather it be moved out of Fighter tab and into Combat tab.
Chain Mastery:
-Slayerj: Now increases the time you have to use your next chain skill by 1 second at rank 9 and 2 seconds at rank 5 and up.
--Rank 1 adds a third second.
-Chain meter no longer cancels when switching weapons or using another skill. That kind of defeats the purpose of hybridization.
Counter Punch:
-Damage increased to 400%. For a fighter skill which has very powerful 1:1 aspects, it's very weak.
-Critical damage increased to 50%. 20% means jack shit.
-Now uses both player and enemy critical rate.
Respite:
-Load time removed.
-Is changed to a buff, making it useable with other skills and thus making it useable in combat.
-The user can move and attack while Respite is active.
-Heals a percentage of the user's HP/SP rather than a set amount; starts at 1% at Novice and F and increases by 1% per rank up to 15% at rank 1.
-Additionally heals Wounds; starts at 1% at rank 5 and increases by 1% per rank up to 5% at rank 1.
-To compensate for the boost in recovery, the time it takes to channel Respite is increased from 5 seconds to 10 seconds, making it take longer to restore.
-Respite will still immediately cancel if the user is attacked.
-Respite Aftereffect is removed.
-In addition to poison, Respite removes all other debuffs (petrification, freezing, grim reaper, merrow, mirage missile, etc.) and can be used while petrified, frozen, etc.
-Cooldown now starts at 5 minutes at rank Novice and decreases to 2.5 minutes at rank 1.
-Debuff removal increased by 5%, making it 100% at rank 1.
-Slayjer: Getting hit while doing respite will cause you to take dmg without factoring in protection, magic protection, ignore mana shield, and half of your defense. So uh, don't use it in combat unless you're 100% sure you can.
--Should be all your defense. Also including passive defense and hidden shield defense. New aftereffect lasts for 15 seconds.
Skill ignoring Protection for Critical Rate feature removed. Given the influx of Will and Luck, it's extremely easy to reach the 30% cap at low levels.
