- Adv magic can now be cast by elemental-respective wands, e.g. Hail Storm with Ice Wand.
Unless there is a damage penalty, I don't agree with this.

- Elemental charging staff concept dropped completely in favor for free int magic. This is a pretty pointless feature when all it does is just amplify bolt magic damage by 15 and wastes bolts just to be able to cast int magic which is a huge drop in magic DPS, when CC wands and free int magic, respectively, outperform that.

I'd rather elemental charging be kept, added to all staves, and only effect bolt damage rather than what intermediate magic you can use a staff with, if things are changed at all. (If no other change, nonelemental staves should get elementals that only effect bolt damage, with older staves being kept the same.)
You mean merge them together?
- First you need to acquire a special item called "Broken Magic Hammer". It will look like golden hammer of durability with a crack on it. You can try to get one from elite mission's bosses up to 5 times a day, from lord mission at low chance from monsters and higher chance if it's merrow and from alban knights training ground's golem.
S type upgrades are changed from:
There actually is already an item called Magic Hammer that looks identical to Golden Hammers, its just not in NA yet. It kind of acts like a hammer of prof, or a plat hammer (depending on which magic hammer), specifically for magical equipment.
I don't really like your idea to be honest. I'd rather they innovate armor upgrades than just tack on special upgrades. And just adding on magical defense and protection sounds kind of meh.
ONLY NPC-BOUGHABLE ARMORS CAN BE USED FOR THIS SYNTH!!! (those are fixed recepies and another note: you can only use armors you have bought yourself [meaning you can't buy it for high price then sell it for lower price because the buyer wont be able to synth that armor]){Honestly, I don't know if this is pactical in terms of code ><}
...Why? None of these restrictions make any sense, all they do is needlessly convolute the process. I'm not a fan of the system to begin with, but this list of restrictions is pointless.
Absorb: Shear the monster's life thread. Health lost by the monster is refunded to the player.
(i.e. Monster has 100 out of 1,000 health remaining (900 lost health). The player recovers 270 health.
Explode: Reduces monster to deadly. Monster explodes on death, damaging every nearby enemy (allows chain reactions).
