We received our first area of effect skill (actual AOE, not splash) in G12S2. We received Bow Mastery and Crossbow Mastery a season late. Certain ranged skills can receive a nerf but we definitely need more ranged skills.

Disarm: A weak shot aiming for the opponent's hand. Temporarely weaken melee and range damage.
SpreadShot (require Arrow Revolver for human, require rank 5+ ranged attack for elves) A low stamina shot that use 5 arrows that are shot nearly instanly in a Fan spread. Always consume 5 arrows/bolt but it iwll hit all ennemy (can exceed 5) in the fan. For a bow, the 5 shot are instand, for a crossbow, the user shot 5 individual bolts quickly while swinging the crossbow sideway.
Ground Shot: aiming may not go beyond 50% but the aiming speed required to reach 50% is the same it would take for a normal shot to reach 99% (special arrows that increase max aim may go past the 50% to a max of 65%. If successful, force the shot enemy into walking for X amount of time.
I see Archers has having great Debuffing abilities.

I can agree about archers debuffing, but SpreadShot seems situationally useful, or at least not practical for 1v1 combat.
I'm no expert on ranged skills, nor do I care to be. That was just directed at people who usually have farfetched skill ideas that are just e_e.

What is similar to Lance Counterattack for lance users? You can't use the regular defense and counterattack while you are holding a lance.

And make egos and Brionac loose durability more slowly as if they were blessed.

Got some more now too XD Like someone else said, Range skills get there own tab. New type of range weapons, also like someone else said, boomer ranges. EXTREMELY weak and do not wound, but instead have splash dmg and hit the target twice, hitting anything along the way. Like maybe the best version being a slow aiming 10-20dmg one with 10dura. Semi low crit too.

All cloth/light/heavy armor has 1 more prot and def. Upgradable gaunts and boots, but only 1-2 on any of them. Same for helms.
Also like someone else said, more food effects like more def/prot/casting speed/aim speed/attack speed/mana and hp regin.
And finally, a tweak to pets~ All pets have smith-able armor and clothes that add, in order from cloth to heavy, 1-2, 2-4, and 5 def and all only adding 1 prot. Also all pets can now get rank B elemental mastery , all they need is to have a bolt skill and level up with it.
New mastery for magic, Non elemental mastery. Blaze, healing, and party heal all can receive up to a 20% mana reduction. Party heal and healing can only get a +5% effectiveness and blaze can get a 10% effectiveness. Party heal and heal start off at rank 9 with 1% and blaze starts off at rank C with 1% and they go from there going up every other rank as needed.
New 'action', lasso. Rope a similar ranked mob to stun it for a few seconds, roughly .5-2 Requires a handy craft 'rope' and takes 2 seconds to load the skill. After the mob breaks free it will charge the player who used the skill, all races may use this skill.
Play dead and rock throw are made for all races.
Giant javelins can be used by humans as 2h swords that can be weakly thrown when 'used'. Only one may be equipped at a time and no skill increases the 'throwing' dmg. The throwing dmg is roughly 1/4th of your mini dmg and 50% balance.
Support shot now works to increase the dmg of all combat types besides range.
Summon golem (HA! Spell check says that's not a word. XD) will now have a VERY rare chance to NORMAL attack a mob attacking the player who summoned it, ONCE and only after the player has been hit and WHILE the player is being hit. If the attacks stop due to the player being knocked back, the golem will stop running to the players aid.
Mounted lance combat added to all mountable pets, as you can RANGE on a flying pet so you can LANCE CHARGE on a flying pet just the same, as well as normal attacks and smash.
Mounted pets share the def of the player, with the player 100% blocking 40% of the dmg the mount would have taken. Imps can now get rank 1 magic shields.
HW ptj gives a base of 5 instead of 4, that's 6 with merchant destiny, but this change only effects the basic jobs.
A mining life skill added that adds a total of 5dex and 15str and increases the chance of a lucky gather.
Oh and as for spirit blessing pot, changed to a potion making skill item. 5% chance of making it at rank 9 and 50% at rank 1. Requires 5HW and 5Holy flames. (This is if ego weapons aren't made to be blessed normally anyway.)
