I feel like it's only fair if they get a G13 Mastery or something. They didn't though.

I can understand why, but they should at least buff Ranged Mastery IMO.

hailstorm -> dex boost
sword/axe/blunt masteries -> dex boost
so ya, range isn't rly for beginners, its more for end game ppl who have all r1s.
in the end, people get more dex than str or int.

What archers need are skills not stats. We're limited to spamming arrow revolver and magnum shot. Crash shot adds some variety but as it stands, crash shot is unreliable and slow compared to windmill. That and it's a massive AP sink.
Also, melée doesn't need down attack and magic didn't need bolt composer and advanced spells.
Once G13 arrives, melée/magic/alchemy will have more mastery skills than human/giant ranged combat has total skills.

Humans aren't supposed to be good archers, it's just something that you use in very specific circumstances. Humans that use archery as a dominant attack method are seriously wasting their time.

That helps, but carpentry is more like a melee buff.

I think that after G13, crash shot's cooldown is removed so it can be spammed pretty effectively.
Edit: Barrier Spikes was pretty helpful to archers in general.

oh no im not talking about end-game as in NA end-game, i'm talking about end game as in mabi end-game
magic damage is fixed, but range and meele are not.
since it takes a while for new skills to come out in korea, some people who capped all skills just lv to 200 at age 10.
and if that is not enough to cap all stats at 999, then they eat bunch of berries to cap it. this practice is called foodnogi.
Also as of the second patch for g13 (there are 3 patches in total), meele masteries are nerfed. crit -> balance. damage nerfed by 20~30dmg. str boost converted to dex.

G13 was a major buff for melee. Down attack is like assault without a shield, and a load of extra damage from the masteries. But it was also a semi-nerf for magic, since adv. magic damage was reduced by ~15%
End of game, melee > magic. After G13, it's possible to get 1300+ damage windmills on average, without transformation, critical, or elementals. (Did it on an excel worksheet some time ago)

Food bonuses are capped at 100.
Can you provide evidence of the mastery nerf? o.o
