Yes.
Once at the enemy, and once at the floor to bind them to a spot. Its kind of like Mercury trap.
you can also link 2 enemies together to damage them, but that doesn't work
Higher ranks.

^ 6 more levels til rA eagle eye
cannot wait
also, I just realised that a Jump character would actually be superior to my regular Kai. I'm running about 5~6k AP right now, compared to the 20k AP capsule a Jump character would get...

Okay, yeah, THAT would make Kai overpowered. Will test it out later.
Hopefully it gets patched.
He's basically crapping out long range magic arrows that do more damage significantly faster at 0 speed.

To my knowledge.
1. Gasping Shot (the longbow glitch) is pretty useless as it leaves you at 0 Stamina and it uses the longbow, which is an aggro magnet. You're just going to have the boss run up to you and give you a nice friendly slap in the face. Considering Kai also can't do a dodge if it leaves him at 0 stamina, it's not very practical.
2. The F5 Emote cancel has already been patched (I think). You can still sort of glitch the fire rate, but I don't think it's nearly as fast and it seems to require some lag to work. Of course I might be wrong, but I haven't been getting nearly the same speed after about ~15 minutes of testing.

I'll be able to try it when the game goes back up. Trust me, I'll figure out if it works <.<
If I come up with anything, I'll upload a Youtube video or something.

Okay I lied, emote cancelling is still there.
Timing is annoying as heck though.
Edit:
For proof that it's in NA. I had to rebind a key in order to do this though, so that's a first.

Do it too slow and your fire rate isn't that good. Do it too fast (as shown after I get it for a second), and you cancel the animation before the arrow comes out.
It's really a pain to pull off consistently.
Frame counts for 10 arrows are about...
Standing Still : 190 frames (~6.3 seconds)
Strafing : 160 frames (~5.3 seconds)
5 arrow bursts : 150 frames (~5 seconds)
Emote cancel : 110 frames (~3.6 seconds)
It's about 3 arrows a second with the glitch.

I'm really starting to hate how damn glitchy Kai is.
Sometimes I fine myself only able to walk forward, and I need to move the mouse around to change my direction until I take out the long bow and fire a shot with it.
Sometimes Kai decides that he doesnt want to use his bow or dodge at all and just wants to be hit
Sometimes Kai doesnt feel like shooting the 2nd chain link, and wants to just stand there until he's hit.
._.

The only glitch I feel happen really often is kicking with the shortbow and having it repeat 3+ times without me hitting smash again.

The emote cancel will be more easier if you have a gaming keyboard. that way you use one finger instead of three. Make one for moving forward and backward, then use both so you wont move away ;D

Anyone care to explain how does the emote cancel works? Tried many times

I'm trying to figure out why Kai's stam regen rate seems to absolutely superior to anyone elses
It starts instantly, and it it doesnt have to build up to a max regen rate.
Figures the character who doesnt need stam the most, gets it in abundance.

It's just bad design in general. Same as needing a bit over 2 bars to activate the ultimate SP attack while all the other characters need 4. It's about strong as a furious 7 to boot.

And a hell of a lot more reliable. Fury 7 tends to skip a few dashes :|
