Tsh. You're TRYING to gain weight?
KFC THREE MEALS A DAY FOR A WEEK.
I usually lose 5~10 over the summer just because my sleeping pattern changes and messes with my eating habits. Makes me tired and cranky all the time.

I have the same problem. High metabolism and can't put on weight.
Basically change your diet to be higher in proteins. Your body digests those at a slower rate and uses those to build muscle, which is the type of weight your looking for.
Rather than doing cardio, try some weight training. Running is for losing weight and greater lung capacity, while lifting will actually put pounds on in pure muscle.
Get enough rest, and don't push yourself too hard!

145? God you're fa--
I mean. Hi.
...
Yeah just eat meat. None of that lean stuff either.
As a girl with high metabolism, I treat myself to ice cream every day because it's so hot. And because I don't want to walk into school with concerned counselors commenting on my weight ._. We get weighed for fitness testing three times a year.

o_O brad is like over 6 foot, 145 is extremely underweight for someone of his height and 143 for me is only slightly underweight (i'm 5'10 and a half, or 5'11)

Guys somehow weigh more. Guys that I see as skinny seem to hover around 130~150, a weight that I'd be mortified to have.
