  Since it'll be brought up anyway, diddling with a 12 year old boy is still pedophilia, since most 12 year old boys are pre-pubescent. I disagree with pedophilia 100%, but if a 12 year old can consent to sex with someone their own age, they can consent to sex with an adult, unless they are actually raped. Once a child enters puberty, its hebephilia, which can still be consented to as long as it isn't actually rape. Ephebophilia isn't a problem, since the age is ~15+, making it not quite legal, but still is under consent, as long as it isn't actually rape. No, this doesn't apply to younger kids, but I think the laws on sexual acts with minors and adults are too strict. Like I said before, I don't agree with pedophilia, but if a child can make a decision on their own and it isn't rape, well... yeah.
