  With that out of the way, this thread is about one simple thing: your opinions. We've decided to give all of you a thread where you can openly and freely discuss the current state of Nation, whether it be the website itself, the community in general, or the moderators.
  
  Not comfortable sharing your opinion or suggestion with the entire community? No problem. You can always PM one of us with them.
  
  Your opinions help us help you, and no opinion is right or wrong -- all of them will be treated with the same respect and understanding. Keep in mind that ignoring the problems altogether only make them worse, and we do not notice everything that goes on around here. Even if it's something that seems small and meaningless, please, let us know.

  So is the number of users, activity is down by almost 60% since summer vacation ended. It might increase again as people get used to their schedules and stuff but it normally won't get crazy again until the holidays. So chances are we don't need more mods right now.

  Even I used to, and after looking back/looking at others now, it's pretty annoying. I'm 90% sure people come here for content, not the ramblings of people they barely know.

  There's no way that you can call that SFW. Is it really a smart idea to allow signatures like that?

  Signatures and avatars like mine have been discussed before, usually due to a specific person or another's signature or icon. Mabination is now technically 16+, so people are expected to be ready for a certain level of content. If they're younger than 16, they've accepted that the forum isn't going to change for them. Considering you have a job, I doubt you're any younger than that, but I thought it was just something important to bring up.
  
  You could say my signature is borderline, and I thought that too, which is why I had this approved by Nation's web admin first before going ahead and using it. It's nude, but it's not showing anything important, and it's art I'm proud of, so I wanted to show it off. I thought it would be fun, too.
  
  That being said, I understand why it would cause people problems. You may find a solution in this thread. Alternatively, you could disable signatures while you're at work, if it's just a work related issue.
  
  EDIT: I'd like to add something that I though was important. In my case, my signature has been approved, however, just because a staff member is doing something, doesn't mean it's not against the rules. We make mistakes too, and when we do, please don't be afraid to point them out. Maybe we were in a bad mood, or aren't feeling well, or didn't read things properly. Things happen. Please let us know if we do something stupid.

  I know this is meant to be "funny" and all but please don't make joke posts in here. This thread is for actual contributions and serious discussion. No sarcasm is needed or wanted in a thread like this.

  I'm going to be honest, murasaki's sig bothers me.
  Not because of the content, but because she was given permission to use it when we recently had another issue with potentially, nsfw sigs. Yes, yours is done in better taste, and it can be considered artistic.

  If you're referring to this, that was taken care of. We gave you all 3 options to block specific signatures and signatures in general. Like Murasaki herself said before, this is a 16+ site, and by being here you have to accept the fact that you are going to see some risque things.
