  I have the Alchemy Master title and frankly the Royal Alchemist title is better in the vast majority of cases. All of my other alchemy is Rank 1 or capped aside from Frozen Blast and Shock, and my crystal-making success rates are extremely high (if not already capped at 99%) WITHOUT using crystal-making success bonuses.
  
  Synthesis, on the other hand, needs bonuses because of its relatively low success rate. With the Royal Alchemist title and suit (because the shoes do nothing for Synthesis) and a Delicate hat, I can reach 99% random synthesis on Saturday under approximately lv10 rain (94% with no rain on Saturday). Putting Melting on my shoes and hat would make it still easier to obtain the max success rate.

  I'm not denying that the uniform is nice. I wish I could still wear one. :-D
