Wait, was that note written by the killer or one of the dead kids?
If it was written by the killer I don't give a shit what excuse he has, be it mental problems or otherwise, he still killed 20 little kids who just barely started life.
If it was written by one of the kids my above statement is irrelevant.
No. Just no. Everyone I have ever met who was home-schooled was COMPLETELY socially retarded and had NO idea how to act around people in public. They were rude, immature, had no concept of things you shouldn't talk about in public, and could not take a hint at all or read body language/social cues.
I'm sure some are fine, but all the ones I've met were as described above.
Fun fact: I was homeschooled. Honestly, homeschooling kids seems better than sending them to a school where they might get shot.

I live so close by, my moms a teacher, its kinda been a hard day the word spread among students at my school far before anyone actually told us anything, we have no cell service at my school and limited contact, when things like this are being shared in whispers and rapidly its rather unnerving having no clue what happened.

I'd say stuff like this happening is about as rare as someone breaking into your house and shooting you.
Stuff like this wouldn't happen if there were deterrents... Like if the government made an example of criminals (for example, stringing them up by their intestines or something); I'm sure the crime rates would plummet.

People who do stuff like this aren't right in the head, and they usually commit suicide afterwards, like this guy did. Cruel and unusual punishment won't fix anything.

You're right, I was just considering the things that would be most entertaining. I kinda thought the current gun laws had tests to prevent people who "aren't right in the head" from owning guns... (I qualify as right in the head btw)

So apparently Fox News and CNN, being the paragon of news reporters that they are, falsely accused the idiots brother of committing the crime, linked to his Facebook and caused a shit storm on it. You know what's even better? They saw that the killer's brother LIKED the Mass Effect page and went over their with idiot idiot mob mentality to bash it and call it evil.

Children get shot in america, the president comes out personally and gives his condolences with tears in his eyes.
A whole kindergarten is blown up with children still inside, because of the staff negligence in mexico, and we absolve the guilty parties.
I don't like america, but at least they're dealing with the situation accordingly, no one gives a shit in mexico, my country.

Is it that they're used to death? I remember on the news hearing that a day with no deaths occurred in Mexico and people were beyond surprised.
Oh and my friend showed me this

I'm crying for the shooter moreso than the children, for having been so disturbed to do that. I don't think we'll ever get the full story as to why he did it, but I feel more sorry for him to have been like that than for all those children whose lives were ruined. The children's families are going to have it hard too... I hope that none of them become just as disturbed as the shooter was and start going on random murder streaks too.
Again, this isn't about gun laws being the problem. Someone was mentally disturbed enough to do this, and if he didn't have a gun, he'd have found something else to use.

You can't get "used to death", you just lower your head and pray the bullets don't hit you, pray that you don't get confused with someone they're looking for and hope you make it back home from work/school. Not "everywhere" is like this, and unfortunately, they try to put down the reality some states deal with.
But I'm refering to an specific case about a daycare that exploded a few years ago, the responsibles where absolved and to this day justice hasn't been brought to the parents. Here's a summary

I like how everyone is assuming he has mental problems. There have been no statements saying he had mental problems. Not from his parents. Not from his brother. Not from his friends. Not even from the police. In fact, the way he planned it it looks very clearly like he DIDN'T have mental problems.
So before you go assuming that he was mentally unstable and feeling sorry for the man that murdered 20 children in cold blood, remember that some people are just assholes. Not every murderer has mental problems.
