  Wow. They really are...hideous. lol. Hm. well. my main concerns are wanting earphones for music. Anime I don't really care so much for. Games...not really either I guess.

  I would definitely not get those then, considering they're open air. The ones Kitae and I posted are noise canceling. Which are really nice.

  If you're only looking for PC headset/headphones for a great price then I recommend the Platronics gamecon 780's. They cancel noise pretty well and have 7.1 surround sound, also have 40 mm speakers for superb bass, they are also pretty durable to say the least. I found them to be very comfortable too! Unlike most headphones I have used. You really can't get a better pair of pc headphones for the price(which is dirt cheap compared to most.) http://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-GameCom-780-Surround-Headset/dp/B006ZS5ATM $58.00 on amazon, just keep in mind they will only work on a computer/laptop.
  
  The drivers haven't been updated with adjustable bass but you can use only programs to fix that, these headphones are mainly for games/music/movies.
