  Don't think it would do that for stats since they're added to base. However, there is basically no +STR/INT enchant out there that is better than 70% of your everyday max damage enchant considering STR/INT have such a poor max dmg ratio so no one would be using +stat enchants over max dmg ones anyway.
  
  But yes, 10 max from oblivion, etc is only 7 max.

  But yeah, I don't see why 10 str would become 7 str since stats are always added to base first. It's also possible, but to be sure someone would really have to bother with hunting enchants in test.

  However, surprisingly, the new enchants that adds +max damage to guns only such as the enchant "Semi Automatic" seems to retain their full damage potential, most likely it's an enchant that affects guns directly.

  Yes, same logic as +marionette max damage. 100% to puppets instead of 70%.
  
  These enchants would say "dual gun max damage" and not "max damage".

  Yup. However it makes sense, but it shouldn't discourage for still using things like Steel Needle Accessories or such.
  
  Just equipped 2 fine enchants on my body and shoes. My screen says +2% more crit, though maybe critical isn't affected or I don't have enough on to really see is effects.

  I think you might want to add in that gunner skills will aggro all enemies that's hit, like advanced magics, even if they're normally single aggro (Sorry if you already did; I never saw it)

  Bard helps, lullaby helps gives you time to set up bullet rush.
  
  Shock + Bullet rush helps you keep the enemies in check while you keep spamming your AOE.
  
  Frozen Blast + Fury works~
  
  According to someone else, lance charge then gun AOE.
  
  Well, if anything you can chain or use the AOEs of gunners to help out
  
  I know this one person who liked to use fireball on a group of enemies, then run to a corner, let fireball hit, then if any enemies are alive they will start rushing to the user who used fireball, but abusing the corner and bullet storm's fan AOE, they can get most all targets in coming then escape with shooting rush.
  
  Well, like I said, best is to experiment!

  I would like to know if fury would inturupt puppet snare too. Cause if it doesn't then puppets and gunners are going to be BFF's

  It seems like guns have different stuns when they crit constantly. From what we saw, guns can knockback, but each GUNS have a different stun duration and how much of the gauge it fills up... In general, Dealla SE's stun and knockdown gauge filled slowly, and I doubt it'll ever get "full" by itself.
  
  For Taunes, the stun was pretty heavy, after 2 normal attacks, knocking the enemy back. Here's some videos:

  Dealla SE, I had some lag after the first shot, but after that I was able to keep the bear back. Look at the gauge and notice how much it fills.

  This video was made by Joey to demonstrate the knockdown gauge of Taunes. Notice it knocks back after 2-3 attacks.
  
  
  In both videos, we both had KR test lag, so it is hard to judge how it will be for actual players. Personally, I think that Dealla SE doesn't fill up fast enough, even if we had it in NA, but Taunes fills it up fast.

  • Knocks the enemy back in 2-3 attacks (4-6 bullets)
    
  • Can be useful for soloing?
    
  • Guess if you knock the enemy back to a wall or object, you can constantly push them
    

  
  
  
  Personally, I will test Final Hit + Frenzy with both Dealla SE and Taunes MKIII, once I find someone with final hit on test.
  
  
  So, what do you think? What would be the reason to give different knockdown gauge fills for each gun?

  although since I'm still on low level, I don't know whether other classes are like that with r1 on all skills...
  
  but, yeah, I can't wait to try that class when it got implemented here XD
