  I don't mind the guy, but I won't go out of my way to defend him, just like the guy on my example above, I ignore his posts and keep scrolling. One has to be borderline autistic to get mad at someone so easily filtered/ignored.

  I'd like to throw in a recommendation of making it 2 every 5-10 hours instead, though. If that's too much, 2 every 10 hours per section or something.
  
  Sometimes people need to get two quick things out about different subjects within the same category, but three can always wait. One isn't always enough because stuff happens.

  Don't like that idea. I'd prefer it at least be fair for everyone rather than a popularity contest. I definitely get where you're coming from, I just don't like how it would turn out and turn rep into something that... well, matters, on more than a personal/optional level.

  I think a thread restriction should only apply to bean rua. We have a no spam rules for the other section on the forum so limiting thread would be kinda pointless.

  Well, I wasn't thinking anything major. More like, +300 rep = +1 thread, with everyone starting at a reasonable base.
  
  But as it was just presented, we really only need limits in Bean Rua. I mean, I know Bean Rua is supposed to be the 'trash can' of the forum, but the quality of posting is even worse than it normally is. Not that any one person is to blame, of course, but it could be better...

  Because certain mods have a bleeding heart for the person in question and will ban anyone who seems the least bit negative or irritated by said person dood.
  
  Also, if I do recall, you have to be an appropriate age to enter the forums last I remember dood. While the said person from the last 2 years as I recall, has the mental state of someone younger than such an age dood.

  These same people have been bullying him repeatedly for the last month or so, so yes, when they see something remotely out of the way, they ban.

  I approve of the idea about only able to do a certain amount of threads per hour/day.
  But I'd think maybe have a separate group.
  Everyone but the special group are forced to only be able to post threads every few hours or so, but those in the group may create threads as often as they like, so long as they do not spam a section with threads.

  No one causes someone to flame, the flamer chooses to do it themselves.
  I could kind of understand with verbal speech, but you have to take the time to type it out.
  That's enough time to think about what you're doing.

  The term is flame-baiting, although people can avoid his threads, he still does it anyway by clogging up all of bean rua, mabi questions and talk with threads which produce alot of flame baiting dood.
  
  It's been said a million times by now, however the bleeding hearts shall forever bleed for this peculiar member and everyone will continue to bitch about it and/or get banned for expressing their logic about the situation dood.
