Punishment Changes for Flaming.

  That's not the case, either. While his threads are numerous, he's actually managed to be relevant in forums that require it (for the most part). In Bean Rua, everyone posts random things, sometimes making jibes at other members without being subtle about who they're talking about. People post very stupid things in there. Some people even forget they're not in Bean Rua and start spamming elsewhere. He at least keeps the things that have nothing to do with anything in the section that's about things that nothing to do with anything. He doesn't insult, he doesn't flame. He just posts questions or things he things are neat. A lot. But he's not really breaking rules. Being annoying isn't something someone gets banned over, unless they break the rules doing it.

  Usually i give people the benefit of the doubt, but even i am starting to get suspicious after certain cues.

  even though it isn't really directed at me, however i will say this, the ONLY thing that gave me any form of cue that this person even acted differently was the little emotes that they put before any thread, other than that, i have no issue with this person.
  
  The only problem is that EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER SEEMS TO BE MAKING AN ISSUE OF IT, and it's being shoved into my fucking face.

  I have only recently decided to go to bean rua, and i see particular member post, but i don't really have an issue with it. PERSONALLY.

  I understand that a lot of people are having it shoved into their face, but you need to understand that it's impossible to deal with such a large issue without forum-wide recognition.

  I am not saying that all his threads contain useless information or are spammy. "Some of his threads seem legit and not that bad "like when he asks people about his fish and a junk or about the cat litter thread"
  
  He has been making progress and not crapping out useless thread every hour or so. Seriously if there really is no consequence I'd be more than happy to make anywhere from 7 to 13 threads a day in BR about everything every little things I do through out the day instead of organizing it into just maybe 1 or 2. Or ill ask a question that I know i can find with using google but i feel like making you guys answer instead. I don't understand why Splat just doesn't voice his opinion on the whole situation. I'd really like to hear his side of the story :<

  There isn't a rule against it, but I wouldn't advise you to put effort into making as many of these threads as possible, because clearly, people can't handle themselves when just one person does it.
  
  The only issue I see with posting multiple silly threads is if you start breaking rules when doing it, such as mocking other members, or posting inappropriate content, or evading the censor filter, which doesn't have that many words in it to begin with. You know, stuff like that. Posting a lot of threads isn't against the rules, it's just not advised.

  As someone with an intellectual disability myself, I do empathize to a certain degree. However, I have done the wrong thing before and have had to correct my behaviour and have tried to "step up".
  
  At this point in time I think everyone's discussed everything out and there's not really much to say on the whole Splat issue, however...
  
  What is inappropriate, first and foremost, is the way in which we've responded to this matter. I am no exception to this, as I have also responded inappropriately in the past.
  
  Regardless of whether or not he is a troll or not, a large part of the community has and still does respond inappropriately. If he *is* a troll, then *yes*, the mods will do something about it at their digression. However, does this picture mean anything?

  Let's assume for a minute that he is a troll. If he is a troll, then all you have been doing is feeding him, and not only have you brought him to Mabination fame and brought him success, but YOU are the one paying the price for it because YOU have broken the rules. NOT HIM.
  
  On the flip side, let's assume he has a legitimate disability. We're all therefore horrible people for bullying him. 'nuff said.
  
  While I personally would rather have something done (And who's to say that the mods haven't attempted to do something - from memory, I do recall that they have tried to contact him and whether or not he's actually understood the issue or not is beyond me), you do have to accept that not only have the staff stated that he hasn't broken any rules and that by flaming him (regardless of whether he's a troll or not) you will be breaking a rule, but that all punishments are up to the digression of the staff.
