Since he knows how to navigate the forums, why not have him post here and explain what he thinks, the fact he has ignored these posts LONGER THAN I HAVE (i lived in the mabinogi section up until 2-3 months ago and have not even looked at other sections) gives me greater cue than ever.

I understand that a lot of people are having it shoved into their face, but you need to understand that it's impossible to deal with such a large issue without forum-wide recognition.
Oizen was banned because his threads were inflammatory, not because he spammed.
Not a problem, just if things are brought up, i feel the need to speak up since gottadowhateveryoneelseisdoing.
Else i just get plain ignored.

I'm gonna make as many accounts, for every time you guys demonize me ok?
Pretty please point out my nasty horrible inflamitoryness in those posts, please highlight where I mention people by name, and underline each insult. Come back to me when you find at least one.
Oh wait, you can't. You're perma banning based on assumptions now. Ok.
kthx.

Demonize you? You've had issues with rude behavior before. Your current ban resulted from your inability to curb your behavior after the 3-day ban. Rather than actually attempt to talk to the staff about your supposedly unfair ban (which by the way, was decided on by more than one person, over a discussion that took a few days), you acted out purposefully, resulting in your current ban.
I have work and school to deal with. If I have time, I'll go and find some posts. Not just yours either, if others don't mind.

Aside from this topic and the other discussion topic(I believe it was in everything else?) I haven't ever openly spoken out about said member(And even in the other topic the only thing I said was that the mods give him too much leniency). I rarely, if ever commented on his threads and if I did it was a legitimate comment as far as I can remember. But that doesn't mean I can't see the point the others are making.
I remember Osay and other mods spending MONTHS telling everyone that it was NOT OK to treat BR as a spamhole to post whatever thought crosses your mind. That it was the offtopic section, NOT the spam section. And I remember people getting in trouble for spamming there after repeatedly being told not to. Yet that's exactly what said member is doing. Continuing to spam up the section with every little thought that crosses his mind. And the mods claim to have already discussed it with him several times behind the scenes to avoid calling him out in public. Yet he still does it.
In the real world disabled people are expected to obey the same rules and laws as everyone else. The world doesn't work like Family Guy where Peter can kick open women's bathroom stalls and use "Sorry, retarded" as an excuse to not get in trouble for it. No. It isn't discrimination. It's equality. Equality isn't always fair, it's equal. Just because you have a mental disability doesn't mean you can run around a store with no pants on and expect not to get banned from that store.

There isn't a rule against it, but I wouldn't advise you to put effort into making as many of these threads as possible, because clearly, people can't handle themselves when just one person does it.
The only issue I see with posting multiple silly threads is if you start breaking rules when doing it, such as mocking other members, or posting inappropriate content, or evading the censor filter, which doesn't have that many words in it to begin with. You know, stuff like that. Posting a lot of threads isn't against the rules, it's just not advised.
So I can post 5 threads or more every hour in bean rua that are completely useless? There should be a rule against it, I'm actually kind of glad that I have withdrawn myself from the community there is so much drama that shouldn't even be there, this is up there with the TA drama or even higher maybe. The fact that you guys have to ban just for 1 post is a problem instead of doing this to everyone maybe the staff should have followed the current rules and warned the flamers, infraction, and then ban or at least adjust the rules so that flaming is worth more infraction points. This could also be because you guys aren't pulling the ban trigger fast enough on some members that did flame his threads as someone mentioned previously about the situation bottling up till it gets to this point.

Nationers logic:
Mods do nothing: Get angry
Mods do something: Get angry
It's really annoying to have quite a few of you villianizing us no matter what we do. Yes, we should have taken care of these problems earlier but the fact of the matter is that we have lives outside of Nation. We're volunteers here, not paid employees, and yet a lot of you are acting like we are. No, we're not paid to sit here and have a bunch of people disrespect us left and right.
Overall, we're sick and tired of the bad attitudes that have been happening. So forgive us, or don't I don't really give a fuck, if we're not going to sit here and give you a tap on the wrist. You know the fucking rules, they're clearly posted. If you can't deal with it, then leave. Simple as that. If you're willing to work with us, and not act like a child to get your way, then things will run much smoother. We can only work with people as long as they're willing to give us the time and respect to allow us to do our jobs.

He normally posts like what 5 threads a day? Sometimes more than that, but it's typically no more than that. I can remember ONE occasion where he posted like an entire page in bean rua, then the mods made it clear that he couldn't do that. AND HE STOPPED. He makes no more threads than I do, but why don't I get called out for it? Because you just want to fucking bully him, that's why. You guys even made a fuss over the fucking cat icon, like fucking really?
You fuckers are overreacting and causing a lot of fucking stress on the mods for no good reason.
They work so hard for you fuckers FOR FREE, and you treat them like shit.
Shut up, just fucking shut up.
None of you get it, you're as bad as the person you're complaining about.
"He doesn't get it"
Well neither do any of you, when he breaks the rules, gets punished.
He posts quests that can be googled, how is the pointless.
If he made threads like
"ASLAKDGHASGDKJASDKABDJNASSda" I could understand, but most of them could actually have a discussion in them.
You guys just want to bully someone and play the fucking victim.
No, just fucking no.
You are whiny and ungrateful.
Also, if you think the bans are unjust because your rule breaking was minor, I think you're forgetting that you broke the fucking rules in the first place.
The mods could perma ban you for anything you do wrong, and considering the harassment you guys have been giving to this poor guy, you got off really easy.
I should have been perma banned a long time ago, and you know what, if they banned me for shit I did almost a year ago (my last infraction was like a year ago) I'd be pissed but I can see why.
I'm a fucking trouble maker, and so are a lot of you.

The funny thing is that those "AAFDDAGFFDGDFFADDSFDA" thread are pretty much 50% of bean rua threads made by members other than him. No one say anything about those because it's not that particular member. Then he makes thread asking legitimate questions (albeit they could easily be found on google) and gets a shitstorm for it.

Hanna posted this in her own thread.
But it really needs to be seen here, not just by a few in her thread.

I have formed an idea to prevent this from happening next time or ways to improve it from not happening:
http://mabination.com/threads/67489-Idea-Staff-Feedback-Section
Anyways I think this subject was discussed enough and all the ideas are already out there and were answered so I think it should be locked.
