  I think it would make more sense if armor had a form of balance penalty instead of dexterity, but I'll probably wear light armor either way.

  According to the other posts, seeing that you lost dmg to begin with, you're still not loosing anything...? Just don't put it on. If you wear it now, you're losing dmg. If you wear it then and need dex for dmg, then you're still losing dmg, while light armor is kinda like heavy armor is now and +1 more accessory.
  
  No one is forcing you to use the heavy armor. If you want to use it, go ahead. It's like if you were using it now.
  
  
  Also I just have to say this. For some cases putting a penalty on something is good. They are TRYING at least to rebalanced things. Yet when you put a penalty on ANYTHING EVER in this game, people flip fucking shit, then the same people flip fucking shit again later to say stuff is OP or unbalanced. >.>

  Then go with something you can afford. Can't cater to each individuals means. Can't afford the upkeep of a clothing-set? Then look for alternatives. "What-ifs" can go on and on with endless variables.

  It was around 400 ~ 600 dex for 50% balance right?
  
  My two favorite weapons have an average of 20% balance, I have ranged mastery, sword mastery and combat mastery done so that's about 65% balance.
  
  The remaining 15% balance from dex should be just between 100 ~ 200 dex should I use heavy armors which would cap me out at 80% anyways.
  
  For alot of people who pay attention to their passives, this balance revamp shouldn't bug them as much, not unless you stick to 222 broads with 0% balance.

  all i know is that Im glad they did something to wind blast o: thought they forgot about it. as for all the balance problems everyone is having, you guys can already solo things that aren't meant to be alone with your puppets, fighters, etc. Is it really so bad to change the balance formula to make this missions remotely challenging again? (hopefully) you know maybe bring back a little party play?
