I guess no more entering deadly all the time even if you have under 50% hp.
Edit: Seriously eh? Trading any tangible form of balance in favor of appeasing the people who play elves and giants. There's a thing called racial differences..

Penalized you for having it, next too much str makes your arms explode from being too strong and you lose 500-1000 hp.

The amount of Will required to raise the Deadly chance by the same amount increases as the chance increases.
This directly conflicts with the other patch note. The translation is most likely off or there is some crazy paradoxical shit going on.
This means that the more deadly you have, the more will it will take to increase deadly by a certain amount.

Basically they're just softcapping deadly chance so that it's not possible to have 100% deadly chance even if you have between 1hp to 49% hp.
Right now with 700-800 will, I've never died from a fatal hit when my hp was under 50%.

The new heavy armor has assault slash enhancement and ridiculous defensive stats.
The new light armor (and knuckle) has attack speed enhancement and ridiculous defensive stats.
All races can wear them.
Fun fact, lv 3 piercing now lowers defense by 20 and protection by 15. Just how much of a prot buff did mobs get that piercing had to get such a drastical change? Will we even be able to crit anymore without 200%+ crit?
