  Completely untrue. Falcon updates the guide at least once a month, at the very least. You find people linking outdated versions, which is what happened there. You're also implying hardware is released at such a rate that it would need to be updated more frequently than that. While the prices change 'somewhat' often, it definitely isn't so often that it would need an update multiple times a month. Even more, there's an html version of it here - logicalincrements (dot) com--which is updated even more frequently.
  Let's not forget that the guide is not meant to be followed to the dot and it is suggested you do your own research.
  /Falcon is a nice guy and I advocate his guide far too much.

  Begs the question why you wouldn't use a better guide in the first place. As it is it strikes me as being rather arbitrary. I wouldn't link to it.
