  We have no idea. No suspect (although we should keep an eye out for a "darker skinned man, possibly with an accent") and no motive other than inciting fear and horror in hundreds and thousands of innocent people.

  Even if it was true - like say for example we had minor warnings and there were bomb squads and dogs around - we can't simply close events. If we closed every event as a result of every bomb threat, we would become very susceptible to all future threats.

  Conspiracy theory time! No but seriously like Hanna said facebook page can be changed. And sniffing dogs arent uncommon at major event iirc. There's always some unruly people at any major gathering. They can sniff more than just explosive they could be on the lookout for drugs or whatever.

  this is what i was thinking
  the dogs might have not been there for bombs
  also I was told that dogs can get distracted by other smells and so if they sniffed the area they may have missed it

  I am not taking his word on it too obviously, but it's a possibility.
  
  And this is not really conspiracy theory, he is not saying the fact of non-existent evidence proves something is true. He is just speculating with information given. It's leaning toward something people probably don't like but it's not in fact a conspiracy theory.
