  By having two people with phantam ensemble overlap the circles together with one playing enduring melody and one playing battlefield.
  
  Anyone who steps on those circles will get both effects.

  Also in regards to Magic Speed, currently intelligence boosts and wand upgrades are stacking properly but reforges aren't. I'm not sure about Vivace though.

  No, I should make myself clear:
  
  1. 2 Hymns will not stack.
  2. 2 of the Debuff effects will not stack
  3. 1 hymn + 1 of that debuff will stack.
  4. Same-song does not stack, only the highest will apply.
  5. Different songs will stack.
  
  As of NA, nothing is stacking properly. It got fixed yesterday in KR.

  Honestly, all I want to do right now is go crazy on reforges with a CC+4 lightning wand. Lightning is the only magic I have ranked, but it seems like it'd be pretty entertaining for multiaggro with this update.

  As of NA, nothing is stacking properly. It got fixed yesterday in KR.

  Test it yourself if you don't believe me.
  [spoiler]Based on testing my fireball takes 14 seconds to load with 1000 intelligence and just over 16 seconds to load with 0 intelligence. This being with a 36% casting speed phoenix fire wand.

  Then using 1000 intelligence, I compared to a similar wand with speed reforge and noticed the casting took 14 seconds for both.

  My lag for 5 charges appears to be around 1.9 seconds today.

  No, 0.38 seconds for every charge. For 5 charges combined it happens to be around 1.9 seconds, give or take. I only mentioned it because I thought someone would say that 20/1.36 is 14.7 seconds, which is close to my charging time with 1000 intelligence and 36% speed. With 1.9 seconds of lag, it turns into 16.6 seconds with 0 intelligence and 14.15 seconds with 1000.

  0.38 seconds per charge of fireball? So you take roughly 2 seconds for fully charge fireball? That's pretty impressive. DPS would probably skyrocket.

  That's the lag above projected charge time per charge, not the time taken per charge.
