  For me I would just Raincast > smack orb > Hydra.
  
  Shock is more for if your already seen or your gonna be moving alot.
  
  
  Even though, I think he did more things like hydra+shock+windblast ect was to help fill the gauge.

  The animation of flame burst is too long, although it does about 3x more damage than water cannon. But by the time flame burst finishes flamming, you can do about the same damage with water cannon as flame burst

  They're nearly the same in respect.
  
  WC is longer range, doesn't have an animation and more flexible.
  Cons? no AoE and causes aggro on the target.
  
  FB is short ranged cone-AoE that hits 5 times.
  Cons? your open to attacks while flaming.

  Its cause of Elemental wave, you can get elemental wave ever 3minutes with rank1 Golden time or fuilling up those elemental orbs.
  
  The video shows how often you can get it.
  
  It's very useful for those wizards or even something like NPC arena since it has a 100% freezing rate.

  In the vid it didn't look like he used elemental wave on frozen blast though. The only elemental wave I saw he use was on water cannon o:

  Ele wave does nothing to Flame burst, Wind blast, WC, or Sand burst. (I think also Rain cast too)

  I agree it won't be the fastest thing in the world and it might take people longer to solo a room with that in party play but it still looks fun to use and would be something I'd want to see in my party.
  
  Also reforges bring more DPS because they target the hard core players more than the casuals to get the most money. There's not much you can throw at a casual player reforge wise that they'll go ape shit over to get to min/max everything ever. [S]onlyifexpforafkindumbyreforge[/S] XD

  Flameburst easily outdamages water canon because it makes much more effective use of chain cylinder and hits with AOE. It's just a shame that we don't have the attack duration reforge.
  
  A combo like crisis + flameburst + blaze is sure to wipe even the toughest of mobs, although it requires teamwork.

  Well in order for it to fill the gauge at all it has to complete the entire animation. Heat Buster and WC both take a lot less time to use and fill the gauge. THe vid looked like she was mainly trying to fill it and nothing more.
  
  WC = Extreme burst dmg instantly. (with chain)
  FB = Burst dmg over time.
