Cooking update is still pointless, the basic idea is that anyone who's afraid of getting +1 more fat/upper/lower size from from food think the buff isn't worth it.
Fucking fashionogi's.
It's not 10% dmg, it's 10% accuracy.
What does that even do.

Probably either 10% faster aiming or just 10% added on top of the aim rate meter.

Meditation will help, though I think that transformation putting back hunger to 100% will screw up the idea somehow.
?
Wheres the reward list
How? the target is fire elemental with Hydra's debuff.
Elemental Immune tags on monsters only applies to elemental reforges.
Extra damage from things such as icebolt/water cannon vs. fire elemental immune damage would still see an increase.
Thats what I was thinking, also, Hydra debuffed too.
Hydra debuff doesn't go lower than 0 def and 0% prot
, remember there is no such thing as "negative" def and prot.
Even if the enemy had like 40% protection, that 91k dmg would still be reduced to 30~40k, if fire elemental.
If neutral, you're still looking at 20k+ damage off water cannon.
You can further boost WC with rain casting if one wishes.
Watercannon/Other alchemy skills are affected by Magic Defense and Protection now, don't forget that.
