Fixing Mabinogi Lag (The Right Way)

  I tether sometimes and use mobile broadband and it renders the game beyond unplayable. Crashes abound and it takes at least 40 seconds for a message to get through, and my character plays ping pong all over the map.

  Yea you should always have an antivirus program but if you're concerned about WTFast stealing your account data an antivirus is not going to protect you.
  (note im not saying WTFast does that, im also using their servers and i've had no problems, but just that you should be aware that it doesn't works that way).

  I use WTFast. It is absolutely insane. I don't lag normally, but with WTFast it just feels god damn fluid. I definitely feel just as fast as any KR video I've ever seen. Combine this with Nagle + MTU and a good connection and Mabi becomes twitch-style gameplay. I highly reccomend everyone to use WTFast with mabi, close or far away, even if you think you aren't laggy. It just does wonders for this game.
