Ram 4GB DDR3 Memory
HDD 500GB HD
Video AMD Radeon HD 6530 D graphics

Is that a decent PC ?
If so what should i change to make it alot more smoother

You can download Piriform Speccy which will tell you your comp's specs.

As for your psu wattage, just look into your computer and it'll be printed right on it.

Really low quality graphics card, overall the PC is barely better than what your current PC has, and would quite frankly be a waste of money.

Yes, and yes.

though you'd still be better off building your own using the parts list I recommended. All it takes is 2-3 hours, a Phillips head screwdriver, a bit of patience, a smidgen of caution, and following written instructions on your motherboard and case's quick install guides. That, and remembering the infant game of square peg in square hole, round peg in round hole.

Plus there are tons of guides online. Hell, I could walk you through everything over the phone.

Putting computer parts together is really easy. The only tricky part is setting up the front connectors.

No PC comes with it outright, but all you have to do is get a blank DVD and select the "create recovery" option from your control Pannel.
As for cost, the build your own will come out to be about $50-75 cheaper after mail in rebates, run faster, run cooler, and be more reliable. And you have the OS DVD off the bat.
