  As you can see it includes novice,naive,advanced and expert (while KR went from naive, advanced, expert to master)
  
  Since JP got it last week, i was wondering if they got a different version comparing to KR.

  According to the JP wiki's chart on their talent page, they get their ap at talent levels 2, 5, 8, and 11. So yes, novice/naive/advanced/expert. Amounts are the same.
  
  I don't know if this indicates a different version to KR though; the notes in the first post actually seem a bit inconsistent about at which levels of talent the ap is awarded.

  I'm pretty sure that KR's is novice/naive/advanced/expert too. The system is built to help people who would otherwise be at a disadvantage in terms of stat/power by exploring too many other skillsets leaving them with little AP left for the one they end up choosing. This is why it gives bonuses at the lower ranks, not at Master (at which point you're not just exploring).

  Talent AP would push me to around 4.5k above what's needed to cap everything.
  
  Still...implementation of talent AP is greatly preferable to event AP spam.

  It came out very recently in all the other servers that didn't have it yet, so it was probably a good reason to look into it.

  At this point it looks like Novice/Naive/Advanced/Expert should be 20/30/40/80 given, so you get plus that amount at that rank, which is 170 total for one talent if you're Expert or above.

  Likely we'll be able to use all skill resets to get the AP from talents we don't use, then re-spec to original and keep free AP.
