While we're at it, the list of things you can make with potion making should be updated. For example, we should be able to make at least a Wound Remedy 50 pot without an unreasonable amount of effort. In addition, either make clovers reasonable to obtain in large quantities or don't make the higher HP/MP/Stamina pots require them. I mean, come on, it's pretty easy to mass produce Marionette 500 potions now that we got Rare Mineralogy (you can get them up to 90% rate with r1 pot making, r1 prod mastery, and r1 harvest song... then just go stand in a thunderstorm somewhere and bam). Also, the HP/MP and HP/Stam potions, while not hard to make, are pointless because the amount they give is just too small.
On that note, Mandrakes are apparently supposed to be the rarest herb, or at least the hardest to pick since herbalism only becomes able to identify it at r1... However, its applications in potion making seem very lacking to me. I'm not really sure how useful cooking potions are, but, from what I can tell, the answer is "not very useful."
In general, maybe giving it one or two more special potions of some sort might be fun. Not really necessary though.

This alone tells you how outdated Synthesis is.

Here's the kicker.
Even after the alchemy update in which regular crystals are used instead of specialized crystals...
... You still can make "duplicates" of the old crystals if you have them.

Didn't the patch notes say they took that ability out?
Yay for 27k per 1 HW and 1 Arat then.
Also it really fucking bothers me that snow golem cloning is in the synthesis list, but rank 1 can't even make them.

You couldn't "make"" them anymore, but they left out the synthesis dupe recipe.
Though they did remedy that later on and fixed it, it goes to show even devkitty has oversights.

The only problem I have about 1000 level daily Rb is that those newbies are gonna whine more with what we consider mediocre.
What I'm saying is, they get their needs way too easily and if something's a just a bit more time consuming, they might complain.
For example, take a look at windmill. Many of us have trained it before destinies and rework came, and we were fine with that. Now there are people who complain about current windmill training requirement, and well, we already know how many of us feel about that.
i got r1 wm before destiny.
i don't give the slighest crap if people complain about how hard it is now.
you should learn to stop getting angry over nothing.

But how was she getting angry? I saw no sort of anger in her post. She was just stating the obvious that would happen.
People are always going to complain about how easy it is to level, but you have to remember that Nexon is trying their hardest to keep players as well as draw new players into their games. They aren't going to just stand by their old ways and just pile on things, they're trying to improve the curve between newbies and oldbies.

I never understood why you needed 1 clover per potion. It should let you make an entire stack with 1 clover.

Just as an FYI. Eggs were already stackable to 20. I think that was changed with the Master Chef update. More info on that, when we get everything organized. Just thought I'd mention it.
So this fixed the problem where if you had a nice 1 stack of 20 eggs, all of a sudden that was becoming 4 stacks of 5 broken eggs which is why they did this fix.

So if I had an inventory just filled with a gratuitous amount of eggs all stacked to 20, forgot about them and got knocked over, there would be some sort of horrible egg explosion in my inventory that I wouldn't be able to carry?
I wish I could draw that...

That would be correct. At least until we get this patch or NA happens to include the broken egg bit with the master chef patch.

Is endgame even possible in Mabinogi without being a GM/hacking everything to max? Even if you did do everything, they're always releasing new things that you can work towards fulfilling new goals.
I think if nobody overseas has near-maxed their character, there's nothing to worry about here...
Even if they did max every skill, the game's still fun to just play and socialize on, and they could just use the rest of their excess AP(hah) for brionac or something.

Even if that was the case, there's always plenty of fresh new blood and fish in the sea to rope in to replace the veterans who are leaving. MMO's rely on fresh blood to rope in and sucker into coughing up some cash anyways.
