  Herro managed to give me a rough idea what the quests are for. The quests raise the Dragon's affection. We have no idea what raising the dragon's affection does atm though.
  
  Most of the quests revolve around making cooking dishes that are 4 stars, or just making x number of dishes. As well as playing music to plants.
  
  There's 3 quests that want you to level up your homestead as well, up to level 12.

  One of these events gives the eweca stuff out.
  
  It looks like they're giving out incomplete Oblivion potions. Combine three to make an Oblivion Potion. It seems you get two incompletes per day.
  
  Repair Protection Potions, Enchant Protection Potions, and Trade Unlock Potions also have a buy two get one free deal. If I remember correctly those items were already significantly cheaper in KR than NA.

  You have the See-Saw Event in Tir, the Imp for Imp Dreamland, I also see the Attendance Event Caravan whoever, and another Event Caravan Dude in Dunbaraton.
  
  There's also Master Tin who gives incomplete rebirth potions each day for people over Total Level 1,000. Combine 3 of them for a Complete Rebirth Potion. (At least that's what google translate told me)
  
  This is in addition to Bhafel and his stream of quests.
  
  Basically events, events, as far as the eye can see. Either the See-Saw, Imp Dreamland, or that other caravan dude has something in regards to the Eweca/Ladeca Items. I already have both stashed away so it doesn't really matter to me.
  
  EDIT: Just found out that the rebirth potions are the Oblivion Potions. Wasn't aware of what Oblivion Potions were or that they existed.

  I recall seeing something about having to use it within 12 hours. Still waiting on the translation of it to be 100% sure.

  Actually they did sell oblivion pots at one point.
  
  But you can only use it once per 7 days.
  
  So for a while, you could rebirth essentially twice a week. Weekly rebirth + oblivion pot.
  
  Now it's a gacha/event reward.

  If they sell Oblivion Potions, I think I'm going to go broke that month.
