No, I meant more your criteria.
Would you say that 4k? 5k? 6k? journal points would be lacking? 10k?
Would you say that oblivion raven unreforged gloves would be lacking? Steel needle rank 2 reforge?
How do homesteads factor into it? etc.

It depends on the character.
Picture someone who is over 10k but has a Lv4 homestead or under 3,000 journal points.

Btw, the event has ended sadly and those who had the Wild Dragons no longer have them while I have 2 perma baby dragons since I got 2 wild ones to 100 likeability. One hops around and rolls on it's back and the other just keeps turning around camly. I should make gifs out of them.

I know this thread is really old but I'm going to bump it so more people see it for reference with the event going on in NA currently. I'm hoping the info from KR here is the same as what it is in NA.

Well it is essentially the same, but I noticed that while it says you can only get one quest per day...I did every single one of them. Everyone I've seen has been abusing that fact as well, so...yay?
Fairly bummed it's just a homestead decoration, I hardly care for my homestead, I only use it to meet up with guildies and friends; we soon leave then after...so...eh.

No, I misworded the post. In KR you could get ALL the quests everyday. Seems a lot of people misinterpreted this so I apologize for now being clear enough on this point. Only ones not repeatable was the homestead ones for obvious reasons.

Hmm just an idea, but if you NA Mabi ever releases Oblivion Pots(in incomplete gather 3 to complete form) can we just un-stack them as 1 each, it'll take up inventory but then you can re-stack at any given time to get a complete pot. Pre-saved Rebirths for like double rainbows is what i'm getting at.
