edit:
tho this guy on vid told you to use candy for checking ivs, i'd recommend you going to a pokemon testing place(dunno the exact name) in the Luminous City near the Route 16's entrance.

to get more leftovers, you need a high level mon with Pickup.
Alternatively you can ask the nice folks on reddit, someone gave me their leftovers within 20 minutes of me posting a thread asking for it.

So, a pokecenter in Tokyo Bay is giving away Inkays that know a move called Happy Hour which effectively doubles your prize money after a fight. It's a nice multiplier with the amulet coin and O powers.
I'd recommend nabbing one quick or at least a smeargle that knows the move before they all disappear into obscurity.

Sorry,
here's a link that'll explain it better than I would.
I doubt I'll be able to get one of those Inkays, but at least I should be able to slap it onto my smeargle. :D

Your only allowed one in battle mansion/online anyways, but shellbell works almost the same.
This rule has been kinda ignored, a lot of pro players I've seen run more than one lefties and they take Pokemon the most srsz.
But then again getting more than one Leftovers is kinda hard.

Can Smeargles learn off of Smeargles? If they can... I'd appreciate it if I could learn it from ya haha
