  Friends don't even have to be online at the same time as you while you're in the friend safari to get it, you get access to hidden abilities once the friend beat the game IE you have access to all 3 pokemon in a given friend safari. You both have to be online to get that though but after that, whenever you damn well please.
  
  Invisable also has Frogadiers as well as Gyarados and Bibaral.

  Actually, the person needs to be online so that your 3DS knows they've beaten the Elite 4. It's one of the reasons some people knew about my Frogadiers and others didn't.
  
  I had to wait for a person with Braixen in their safari to come online at the same time as me so that my 3DS would register that they have Braixen as their third. I think the safari explanation mentions something about this too.

  IVs second.
  Egg Moves at last step (or suffer agonizing penalties like me)

  On a positive note, you can use the move relearner to relearn egg moves.

  I did IVs first since that's the hardest part, in actuality I don't think it matters which order you do them in but Nature is easier since the Perfect IV one I bred had the right nature but the wrong ability, then I put a HA pokemon with the ability I wanted and then mixed them together to get a near perfect Pokemon. It's definitely easier to IV breed with the Destiny knot. And thankfully most of the moves I teach are TMs or naturally learned anyways.

  Mega Mawile is so much better IMO, with sucker punch it can kill pretty much everything unless the other team gets a burn/kings shield on it.

  IMO magic bounce requires way too much overprediction, assuming your opponent has basic knowledge of the metagame they wouldn't use anything that can be bounced back while mega absol is out. So you'd have to predict that the opposing pokemon has some kind of bounceable move then switch in hoping they used it. Not to mention the fact that you first need to mega evolve it (ability doesn't switch until the turn after you mega evolve it) so if it wasn't your lead/it wasn't a switch in from a dead pokemon, you'd have to switch into it (waste one turn like that), then mega evolve (waste another turn like that) and by then your absol is probably dead/burned or they already have entry hazards up.
