  • Eavan in Dunbarton, she gives you a random dungeon to do on any difficulty (quest completes when using statue of goddess to leave from end room). This quest also gives AP coupons, 3 coupons for Alby and 10 for Peaca.
    
  • Login Gathering Event (50 Mana Herbs, 50 Potatoes, 50 Unknown Ore, Etc)
    
  • Gordon in Emain Macha, cook any dish and have it be 3-star. (Does not consume the dish in process, no need to talk to Gordon after. Can do this and the Belvast cooking quests at the same time.)
    
  • Commerce Goblin in any Trade Post, kill 15 Bandits. This quest also gives 3k Ducats. Can be done at the same time as Commerce Partner quest but her quest does not give seals.
    
  • Raft Person at any Raft Dock, get 30 rafting stars.
    
  • Main Person in Shyllien, magic craft a random item (crafting ingredients are provided but they are PTJ versions). This quest gives intact shyllien as well.
    
  • Main Person in Hillwen, engineer a random item (crafting ingredients are provided but they are PTJ versions). This quest gives hillwen as well.

  Sketching bird quest in belvast, Grandmaster quests, and partner quests do not reward seals.
  
  From what I have noticed, there are 20 quests so far. I have not searched every single NPC yet.
  
  Tldr;
  2 commerce quests, 3 cooking quest, 2 fishing quest, 1 punching-pole quest, 1 handicraft quest, 2 SM quests, 2 fighting in shyllien/hillwen quests, 1 dungeon quest, 1 gathering quest, 1 engineering quest, 1 magic craft quest, 1 rafting quest, 1 kidnap a young girl quest.

  There's a delivery quest in Muyu, but it's evil because 1.) you need to deliver a package to a random exploration agent on horseback and 2.) you can't get rid of the package if you give up on the quest. I think Tropa reported it on the Nexon forums.

  Bolded is partially wrong, Hector and Weiss have multiple quests with different non-seal rewards. More accurate to say they give rewards related to their respective skills.

  That's what happened with the treasure box event here as well.
  It makes having a lot of characters in one account a good but a very tiring thing.
