You should be able to obtain somewhere around 34 seals per day, per character.

I know that Alexina and Angelina Croft give daily quests.

I didn't need to buy a number of alternates here. I got them after server mergers.
Always tend to happen here, there aren't enough people playing on new servers that they keep opening every now and then.

Fox, Archer, Skilled, Mana Needle, Wolf Hunter's, Penetrating, Water Drop, Vine, and Oblivion Enchants. Also an enchant expiration removal scroll for really cheap.

Oblivion enchants?! Fudging sold. Also looks like I'm keeping any enchant that expires now that there's a reliable way to get the unseal scroll.

I have good news for you, I finally found evidence it does, sort of exist.They're not limited to smithing though. The following items appear to have been created to include in the seal shop -

[PRE]Guardian Soul Stone

Golden Experience Fruit

Ancient technology that harnessed the terrible power of the sun to tell time. It's made of pure gold. Take it to Voight in Cor Village.

Skill Training Seal (5)
A seal that grants 5 Training EXP.\nDoes not affect training at all, so it'll be easier for you to train the skill. (Not tradable)

Skill Training Seals sound awesome.

On another note, I find it funny how they priced a useless Enchant (Wolf Hunter) as the same price as an end-game Lancer Enchant (Penetrating).

Also, Oblivion ES for 400 Seals? That seems like a ripoff to me. [S]I'd rather stick to Fox Enchants.[/S]

No clue but I think it does that.
I have one over here from a very old event from long ago, but never really used it so far.
