  Just a few of the threads made in the past 12 hours. Something needs to be done about this, I don't know if I should be reporting all these threads for spam as it is bean rua and it could also be considered as report abuse, but something needs to be done about Splat's spam. Should we as users just be reporting Splats spam and wait for him to be banned again? I know he has a daily limit (I'm assuming of 6 topics a day? Because he's made 6 topics so far) but It should honestly just be reduced to two, because even 6 a day is out of control.

But I realized while he was banned how much better it is on nation (I feel bad saying this, but it's true, sorry Splat) without the constant spam and silly questions. I propose two new threads, both threads exactly like Splat's thread in questions & help, except one in Bean Rua and one in Mabi Talk as well. This way Splat can keep spamming, and it won't clog up the boards.
  
  PS, this is not a thread to make fun of Splat or to encourage bullying him, but there has to be a solution other than just reporting him and getting him banned again and again.

  That's why you use the report function. Most of the rule-breakers haven't been reported so the actions is not taken on the posters, and moderators won't see every single post in the forum.

  I do remember there's a thread long time ago that Ashi made on making threads rule. They try to be little restrictive on Splatulated, but it was not added into the official rules as stated on the forums though.
  
  Sadly, he is still allowed to make threads like those, especially if it's in Bean Rua, as many as 6 threads per day as he wanted to.
  
  But the official announcement for the rules does not state that you're restricted to making a certain amount of threads a day and so.

  If I had said I reported it would it have made a difference? The problem is the day he comes back he makes a ton of threads and necros a random old one. I honestly don't enjoy reporting people and don't do it normally (out of laziness or just because I don't like being mean, or maybe I feel like someone else will do it i dont really know). I'm not getting on the mods case about it, its just another example of wat he did in a few hours after his ban was released.

  As i stated before, I'm not calling the mods into question here. I was simply stating another example of what has happened since splat got his ban lifted. I am in no way trying to say anything about the mods on that subject.

  I mean, I think six threads is reasonable. You can always put him on your ignore list. If you think he's posted too many threads, or your think any of his threads are inappropriate/unnecessary, report them. You aren't going to get in trouble for reporting something if it isn't rulebreaking.

  Honestly, splat doesnt annoy me often. It just seems like right after his ban was lifted for some reason it started biting at me. It feels like his threads are a lot more off topic than normal, that his posts are a bit more on my nerves. Idk, maybe its because he wasnt here for a few days that I got used to it being so quiet, and now im not used to it anymore. In any case, not trying to bully anyone at all it just feels abnormally bad today....

  Thats the thing though, I feel like reporting every single one of his threads would be considered as report abuse and just spamming the mods with reports. Trust me, before I made this thread I considered just reporting all his threads first, but that raises another question. If I report all his threads, what happens next? He gets banned for a couple of days then this whole ordeal starts all over again? I'm just fishing for another solution to this problem that doesn't require simply banning him over and over.
  
  Also if you did say this stuff to me you're right I probably would be upset, but at the end of the day if I am a problem user and someone complains about me it doesn't matter if my feelings were hurt, the person complaining still has raised an issue that needs fixing. That's exactly what is happening here, I'm raising an issue that really does need to be fixed. Also I'm trying to be as nice as I can about this because I know Splat means no harm, but the spam is just way too annoying, it's only been one day and already 6 topics? That's just way too much for me and plenty of other users. I don't think I'd ever put Splat on my ignore list either because I do like him, it's not like I'm some guy who hates the living shit out of Splat and prays he gets banned all the time, but cmon now, this isn't his blog site.

  Naturally, the exact same can be said to you. You're tired of seeing these complaint threads, there have only been three complaint threads in the past week, but it annoyed you enough to comment on this thread. But what about if they started popping up frequently everywhere you go? A complaint thread here, a complaint post there, complaint threads and posts everywhere? Surely if just three complaint threads is enough to aggravate you, being flooded with complaint threads here and there would be enough for you to do something about it.
  
  If anyone can't make the connection I'm comparing complaint threads/posts to Splat's threads/posts. If I can't ignore 6 threads a day, but you can't ignore 3 threads a week, that clearly means we both have a problem. Maybe we're both crazy, but that's okay, we can still be friends.
