I've already heard it at least a dozen times since the month started, it's only the fifth
Also idgaf what Morgan fucking freeman said
I hear it more than shot relevant to black history month
I expect to hear how Rosa Parks spent her time loving her three cats ( I totally just made that up) on PBS' Facebook posts that end up on my news feed, instead I get "I FEEL LEFT OUT BECAUSE THIS MONTH DOESNT CELEBRATE ME OR MY HERITAGE WAHHH"
Cry me a fucking river

I just go by what out postal facilities post up, we don't have many NA around here but a lot of african americans. I find that ironic since i live in the Milwaukee area, and we have an Indian Casino nearby.
I tend to get a bit angry about the topic of races since the logic is baffling.

It upsets me that the other heritages aren't as widely celebrated as BHM but I get irritated when white people bitch about not having a month just for them
The same goes for straight pride parades~~~ ick

They really should make an effort to publicize all the other history months like Asian, Hispanic, Native American. I usually ever hear black history month being publicized the most, rarely the rest.

I think a nice step for governments and jobs to quit being indirectly racist, would be to simply remove the race part of applications.
Because by simply having that there, you are being a bit racist, the only thing a race selection should be on, is a census.

Why is it called Black History Month when Americans can't say "black people" on national tv?

Publically, no. Some of them, secretly yes.
They are designed to not be biased, because of that, they feel pressured to hire some to not show bias.
Education systems are the worst, i believe they pair off grades in a race bracket, at least that's how i understood.
I remember listening on the radio, person applied to a texan College, couldn't get in with her grades, because a black person had slightly less grades, but averaged higher on their racial bracket, i'd have to look for an article about it.

I remember in elementary school each class had exactly 5 black kids in each class

My entire school only had one black kid. I think they got a second one a few years after I graduated.
Maybe because I live in a town with "Lynch" in the name.
