Pasticio or however u spell it. Its a Greek food with a fluffy creamy layer on top and noodle and meat on the bottom. Its amazing but filling quite fast.

It looks alright but the "squishy cheese" part is throwing me off.
It's cheese curds.
If you generally like cheese you'll probably like it. Otherwise it's not for you.

I should make that someday. Looks tasty and I'd probably be one of the first 100 native people in Germany to do this.

I would be interested in German poutine... poutine isn't limited to cheese curds and gravy, people often add meat to it. Germans make damned good sausages... slice some up and toss it in there...
Now I'm hungry.

I apologize in advance if this food grosses some of you out.

This is a delicacy in my culture (which is Vietnamese) and is called hot vit lon (hope-yit-lome), or literally, duck embryo. It may seem horrid at first, but if you are tempted to try it, you can just eat the yolk. If cooked right, it will have a buttery texture and taste. Very delicious ^^

The wild badger burger (from a restaurant in the town I lived in for a while just before I moved to my new apartment.)
a quarter pound of cheddar cheese curds half-melted atop another three slices of colby cheese, eight slices of bacon, BBQ, horseradish, and cheese sauce, atop a 1/3rd lb steak burger cooked medium rare to juicy perfection, settled within a beer batter bun. Beer batter fries and a pickle on the side.

That sounds decadent to the nth degree.
