I recently received one of the more-sought after items from the gacha: the "Belisha Support Puppet". The wiki didn't have any information on this and the description of the item may have its flaws. Thus I decided to take some of the testing into my own hands.
Here are the results:
So here is the item description for the puppet:

Sadly the hair is NOT dyable, only the clothing is dyable
First: Does it act as a scanner in shadow missions?
Answer: It will light up any items on the minimap shown here:
Not only is it a cute thing floating besides you at all times, you can choose to select and deselect the buff at any time to conserve the usage!
Radius of the scanner:

Second: Magic Shield?!
I was expecting the doll to literally summon the magic shields that us Milletian or warp imps have. It appears to be a passive skill that may be influenced by your overall defence/ incoming damage. This has yet to be further tested.
Magic:

Ranged:

If you did not see the semi-blurry video (sorry this is my first time): BASICALLY:
- Range: Damage reduction against magnums and regular attack from the shadow archers in Battle for tail 2 HM
- Magic: Reduction against the incoming firebolts against wizards in Shadow Wizard HM
REPAIR COSTS?
It costs exactly the same as a regular accessory
Shout out to kingofrunes for the info (I couldn't get the dura down on the accessory to save my life)
Overall thoughts: A lot of flexibility for an accessory such as this one, you can utilize it without activating the support puppet's power and save the summoning time. It's also amusing to have a Belisha floating beside your head while fighting.
Enchant advice to make it more useful:

Place anything that benefits you in the suffix (most of them are r9 so thief or water drop is the bridge)
For example: Meele would be the earthquake ES for str. ^reforges are a pain,so that's up to you
The cheaper alternative would be to put stat giving ES such as stout, precise, etc
Cons: Unable to stack this Support Puppet with another Support Puppet, the stacked defences were too OP I guess.
Rarity, expensive, etc etc
Some other facts:
Note: When naked and the Support Puppet is activated, there appears to be no change in damage resistance against range/magic.
It does seem to work with mana shield to an extent.
Not exactly sure about the exact numbers the doll reduces damage by, but I may be speculating that it may be determinate on your defensive level as well.
Your minimap will go crazy in colour and turn blue, just adjust the zoom and it should be good
Had a bug where I was able to apply the scanning buff without the actual accessory equipped.
That's all for now!
If you guys have experimented or have any other information on these things post it below!
EDIT: I did end up selling my puppet off so I will no longer be able to test/answer further questions. (Feel free to leave any questions and such below as there are an increasing number of support puppet owners) Thank you for all the questions and support!
