  He didn't mean full robes with tails, he meant robe slot tails. Like how wings are equipped in the robe slot and add wings to you but don't cover up anything else, just with furry tails instead.

  That doesn't seem like it would be too difficult to code if they use the wing coding as a base and just move it down further.

  lol? I was just talking about robes in general and how some people will make an awesome outfit and then slap a robe on it to cover 99% of it 90% of the time.

  I don't see too many people wearing robes, especially with the style tab. I for one rarely wear a robe. I always prefer to use the wings instead.
  
  If there was a Racoon, Fox, or Cat tail I could buy seperately, I would gladly throw thousands of dollars at gach to obtain one I can tell you that much.

  [SPOILER="This is really stupid because I'm hyped up on sugar from one too many marshmallows apparently >.> But oh well."]Huh... It just occurred to me. Mabinogi is all Anime like, right? There's plenty of anime out there where characters have animal ears and even tails sometimes. We got the ear stuff, I'm actually shocked we don't have any tail stuff outside of it being apart of clothing. They did wings for the robe slot, and when they came out they were a new thing that devcat hadn't tried before. Now that they have, it's a little odd that we haven't seen at least one 'tail' yet that's not from an outfit.
  
  Side note, my thought process about how the animal ear bands they have ingame came to be.

  Robes don't cover what matters, gloves, boots, and hats (unless you're a weirdo who uses the hood up), so I don't really see how they are in any way inferior to clothing. In fact, I see them as superior because you can wear clothing with poses under them to come up with a more unique style wheras with clothing, pose is stuck to just that one item.
  
  That aside, they're probably going to release these new NPCs outfits in an event or gach, in which case their tail might be its own item instead of part of the suit, who knows.

  What are you talking about, no portrayal of combat has yet to show ninja is fast or slow, strong or weak. All that has been shown is Ninja is skillset dedicated to debuffing monsters and being a heavy hitter if protected by a party. Don't make assumptions and accept them as facts to fill in the gaps to your liking, just wait until they decide to show us what it is really like.

  So we still have a bit of hope that DevCat is smart enough to not use Str/Will-based stats on Ninja and change them into Dex/Will or something.
  
  If it really is based off Str and Will, then I hope it never comes outside the JP Mabinogi.

  Where'd you get that out of that post/page? We have as much hope of them changing it away from Str/Will as we always did.

  Never said that it's confirmed to be based off str/will, but the fact that it's likely, seeing the enchants and level-up bonus for Ninja.

  As an elf, I warmly welcome Ninja being Str+Will, because elves need more Str and Will giving skills to bridge the gap between races. Considering catering is out and basically everyone can cap Dex+Int anyways (esp DKs with those 360 rolls, and giant pulls roughly 1200~ Str/Dex, 800~ Will and cap Int endgame with iced cafe mocha cater and trans, w/o any gear) basing it off of one or even both of those won't make the "elf master race" skill set "to out damage the overpowered giants" anyway.

  I don't really care what stats it ends up being, but I think this whole elf/giant thing is hilarious.
  
  I just hope it's got something that makes it worthwhile other than damage, though that might be difficult since nothing solves your monster problems like killing them in the face. We need better AI if we're ever going to get interesting skillsets, probably.

  Where did this info come from? Last I checked, no one had any clue about lucky gathers, but I've always been quite curious.
  
  I see it's on the wiki now, but I'm sure devcat didn't suddenly place it in the game files...?
